Return Shipping Responsibility
Buyers pay return shipping, with the exception of damaged or defective products.
Refundable shipping costs are only where there is fault or damage with the goods.
Damaged or Faulty Products

Contact us by email with photographs of damage attached, which we can use to handle your return effectively.
Custom or Special Orders
Products which are made to order, cut to length, drilled or ordered especially are non-returnable, except in the event of them being faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind
If you've received the wrong product or no longer need it, return postage cost will be your responsibility.
Original postage costs will not be refunded in such cases.
