All returns must occur within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Items Condition for Return
Items should not have been used, must be sealed with the tag attached, and in their original condition as delivered.
Products must be returned in perfect resale condition with all packaging intact.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer pays for return shipping costs unless it is a faulty or damaged product.
Postage and shipment fees are not refundable except where returns include defective or damaged products.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

Special Order and Custom Products
Items that are made-to-order, especially ordered, or altered in some way, like cut-to-size or drilled, are not returnable unless they were defective or damaged at time of arrival.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
If you change your mind or receive an item that is incorrectly ordered then return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Postage is not refundable.
