Conditions for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on items purchased from our auctions for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met.

  1. Return Period
    Please notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your item. If you wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Condition of Items
    Items must be unopened and in pristine condition as they were upon arrival.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot refund any postage fees unless the product is faulty.
  4. Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items
    To qualify for a refund on damaged or faulty items, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please send photographs of any damage to our office email listed in the Contact Details section.
  5. Special Order Products
    Special order items or products cut to specification can only be returned if damaged. Otherwise, they are non-returnable.
  6. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
    If you change your mind or order the wrong item, all postage and carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded upon return.
