Introducing our high-quality Aluminium 40mm door threshold, designed for versatile use and tailored to accommodate various flooring types and heights. This adjustable threshold not only offers height adaptability but also features a tilting option, ensuring compatibility with different floor levels. The package includes small and large clips to seamlessly integrate with diverse flooring heights, delivering a polished finish for wood, laminate, tile, and other floorings.

Technical drawings illustrate multiple height options achievable with this threshold. To install, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the cover width adequately bridges the gap between the two floor coverings.
  2. Affix the Aluminium base securely using contact adhesive or mechanical fastening.
  3. Slide the appropriate-sized clips onto the cover, positioning them 2-3cm from either end and spacing the remainder evenly.
  4. Align the clips with the base, applying even pressure to lower them into the channel. A rubber mallet can be used for final adjustments once the connection is secure.
  5. The maximum height difference between floors on different levels is 24mm.
  6. Effectively covers flooring at the same level, accommodating heights from 9mm up to 20mm.
  7. Suitable for all types of flooring with an Easy Clip Easy Fit System.
  8. Secure the threshold to wood or concrete subfloors using screws, ensuring a stable and durable installation.
